Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
• Six years experience as a computer repair technician with diagnostic and troubleshooting software.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide students with direction, instruction, and assistance in designated areas of instruction.
• Motivate and counsel students in behavior, training, personal problems, or study habits.
• Develop and prepare lessons in accordance with approved curriculum guidelines; recommend curricula changes and supplemental materials.
• Review and audit all assigned areas for contractual compliance; prepare related reports.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe training environment.
• Participate in student assessment panels and perform required documentation using CIS and other systems.
