Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a locum tenens physician to cover laparoscopy, appendectomy, cholecystectomy and hernia repairs across three facilities in New Mexico. Expect shifts from 7am–7pm (12H) or 7am–7am (24H) with 8–20 patients per shift and 3–5 admissions daily.

Qualifications

• Must have experience performing laparoscopic surgery and listed procedures.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care in a multi-hospital setting.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced locum tenens assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide EGS coverage across three hospitals.
• Handle 8–20 patients per shift and 3–5 admissions per 24 hours.
