Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a Neurohospitalist for weekend coverage in an inpatient hospital setting in Dallas, TX. The role requires independent EEG interpretation and prior neurohospitalist experience in stroke-certified facilities.

The assignment includes 24-hour shifts and collaboration with an IR team for lumbar punctures. Expect to see 8–15 patients per day and 10+ telephone consultations per 24-hour shift, with competitive compensation and Weatherby’s support.

Qualifications

• Neurohospitalist board certification or equivalent required.
• Ability to read EEGs independently.
• Experience in inpatient hospital settings, stroke-certified facilities favorable.

Responsibilities

• Weekend coverage: Saturday–Monday or 7-day blocks, 24-hour shifts.
• Manage 8–15 patients per day and 10+ phone consults per 24-hour shift.
• Provide neurohospitalist care in inpatient setting; coordinate with IR team for LPs.
