Job summary

CompHealth is seeking a locum tenens physician in Missouri to support both outpatient and inpatient services on an ongoing long-term basis. The schedule includes 4 days per week, with weekdays rounding on 3–4 patients and weekends on 8–9 patients, plus an average of five admissions weekly.

Weekend and weeknight call is limited to a 1:5 rotation with phone consults only. CompHealth arranges complimentary housing and travel, provides comprehensive malpractice coverage, and streamlines

Responsibilities

• 4 - 4.5 days per week -- ongoing long-term basis
• Round on 3 - 4 patients daily on weekdays
• Round on 8 - 9 patients each day on weekends
• Average 5 admissions per week
• Outpatient and inpatient setting
• Weekend and weeknight call -- 1:5 rotation, phone consult only
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
