Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a psychiatry locum tenens physician for outpatient treatment in Illinois. The assignment covers 4 days per week with a mix of 12-hour and 8-hour shifts, with no call or weekends.

You will see all ages, with adults' evals and med checks and child/adolescent evals in 30–45 and 15–30 minute blocks. Weatherby provides paid malpractice, pre-paid travel and housing, and 24/7 access to a consultant while the assignment continues.

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient psychiatry.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients in outpatient psychiatry settings.
• See all ages (child, adolescent, and adult).
• Adults: 30 min new evaluations, 15 min med checks.
• Child/adolescent: 30–45 min new evaluations, 15–30 min med checks.
• Coverage until a permanent provider is found.
• Complete time entry in online portal.
