Job summary

Clark & Enersen is seeking a Construction Administrator for their Lincoln, Nebraska office. The role involves reviewing contracts, processing submittals, and documenting project progress on a variety of design and construction projects across the country.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 20–25%.

Responsibilities

• Review and administer contract between Owner and Contractor
• Review, track, and process requests for information and submittals
• Develop and process modifications to Contract Documents
• Process and review monthly Applications and Certificates for Payment
• Assess and track changes in contract amount and/or time
• Represent the firm at periodic meetings with clients and during construction as required
• Provide periodic project observation and Field Observation reports
• Review and process project closeout documentation

We are currently looking for a Construction Administrator in our Lincoln, Nebraska office.

Responsibilities:

• Review and administer contract between Owner and Contractor
