Job summary

Vantage Point Recruiters, LLC. is seeking a Supply Chain Senior Manager for Aerospace and Defense, Subcontracts & Procurement in Palm Bay, FL or Fort Wayne, IN.

This leadership role requires directing end-to-end supply chain activities, strategic sourcing, and managing subcontracted programs to meet schedule, cost, and performance goals. The candidate will lead a cross-functional team, develop supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years related experience, or Graduate degree with 10+ years.
• 5 years of Supply Chain experience; 5 years of Subcontracts experience.
• 2 years EVMS experience; 3 years of experience in A&D.
• 3 years of leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel often.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Supply Chain acquisition from proposal to execution.
• Develop and manage supplier relationships to align with program goals.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and technical performance.
• Navigate FAR/DFARS regulations and ensure compliance.
• Apply expertise in complex subcontracts including hardware and software.
