Oliver Wyman is hiring a Knowledge Manager to support A&D for the Americas with a US market focus. The role centers on shaping the knowledge agenda, capturing project learnings, and enabling AI-enabled KM workflows across the team.

Ideal candidates bring a background in knowledge management or consulting, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency with SharePoint, Teams, and knowledge platforms. This hybrid role requires office presence in the US and offers a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years’ experience in knowledge management, consulting, research, or business development.
• Experience or strong interest in A&D and Private Capital preferred.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Experience using SharePoint, Teams, knowledge platforms, and AI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with A&D Americas and Private Capital stakeholders.
• Translate business priorities into KM priorities, initiatives, and routines.
• Capture and codify high-value knowledge from projects, proposals, and sector work; maintain reusable assets.
• Promote reuse of knowledge assets across A&D Americas and Private Capital work; train consultants on KM tools.
