Job summary

Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company (EBAD) seeks a contracts professional to support administration, compliance, proposal review, and negotiation across government, commercial, and international programs.

The role partners with Program Management, Finance, and senior leadership to balance contractual risk with operational objectives while maintaining accurate documentation and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; diverse levels of experience welcome.
• Experience in contracts administration, compliance, or proposal support in aerospace/defense or government contracting.
• FAR/DFARS knowledge preferred; strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support contract review for U.S. Government, commercial, and international customers.
• Review, interpret, negotiate, and administer terms balancing risk and business objectives.
• Coordinate with Program Managers and stakeholders on pricing, modifications, and issues.
• Serve as primary EBAD contact for contractual matters and document management.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and customer requirements including FAR/DFARS where applicable.
• Create and maintain contractual records in ERP/MRP systems and tools.
• Collaborate on process improvements and governance activities.
• Analyze data to support reporting and business performance.
