SUMMARY
This position is primarily responsible for inspecting, testing, adjusting, and balancing heating, cooling, and ventilating systems in a resort hotel and repairing unit appliances.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Effective speaking skills in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to perform calculations involving discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Basic algebra and geometry skills.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to understand and carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form. Problem-solving skills involving multiple variables in standardized situations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This role requires continuous bending, lifting, climbing, walking, and standing for long periods. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Reasonable accommodations can be provided.
