Job description

SIGN-ON BONUS $3,000

Coggins Auto Group is seeking an A, B or C-Level Automotive Technician.

“A” mechanic is someone who has the ability to diagnose, repair and complete a project without any assistance. They will have experience and keep up with the advanced training needed to do their job correctly.

“B” mechanic can perform diagnoses and repairs of most vehicle components with little supervision required and has previously worked as a C-Class general service technician.

“C” mechanic can make minor repairs and assist with all other servicing tasks and repairs. They may perform inspections, as well as preventative maintenance, check fluids and filters, change tires, and other similar responsibilities.

We are a family-owned business with locations in Bennington County, VT, and Berkshire County, MA. We are professional, fast-paced, customer-centric, and our goal is to grow the business while providing an exceptional customer experience and giving back to our community.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair vehicle components.
  • Perform inspections and preventative maintenance.
  • Assist with servicing tasks and repairs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience required.
  • OEM experience is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Driver's License (Preferred).
  • Ability to relocate to Bennington, VT 05201 before starting work (Required).

Job Type: Full-time

Expected Hours: 40 per week
