Title: Extrusion Technician C

Position Objective:

Pack in a safe, efficient manner while maintaining the highest quality possible.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Available for overtime.
• Must have mechanical aptitude.
• Available to train on different machinery and lines.
• Forklift Operator Certification.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work non-standard hours.
• Ability to manage stress and foster productive interactions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Comply with safety rules and wear personal protective equipment.
• Maintain good housekeeping.
• Learn to lace-up equipment and other job tasks, demonstrating continuous improvement.
• Use standard hand tools and perform basic math calculations.
• Read a tape measure to 1/16".
• Locate and activate E-stops on machinery.
• Perform daily data entry in the IBS Production System.

Work Environment Conditions:

Subject to extreme heat, temperatures above 100°F for extended periods.
