Title: Packer C

Position Objective:

Efficiently and accurately pack product, maintaining quality standards throughout the process.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Legal eligibility to work in the US
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred, with knowledge of production processes, quality control, and techniques
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with all levels of personnel
• Proficiency in reading and writing English
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude for production machinery
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work non-standard hours
• Ability to manage stress and foster positive workplace interactions

Job Responsibilities:

• Comply with safety regulations and programs
• Understand and follow plant policies and procedures, including good manufacturing practices and hazard analysis
• Read docket daily and monitor order changes for accuracy
• Label jobs correctly and update for upcoming changes
• Inspect final products and document quality checks
• Perform quality bag checks every fifteen minutes
• Maintain pace with production targets and ensure cleanliness
• Perform other duties as assigned
