Job description

We are hiring immediately for a full-time A&P (Airframe & Powerplant) mechanic or AMT (Aircraft Maintenance Technician). This role offers a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000.

What you will do as an A&P Mobile Service Technician:

  • Maintain and repair aircraft, diagnose mechanical issues, and coordinate with crew and customers.
  • Assist the lead mechanic, ensure customer satisfaction, and keep the service vehicle in top condition.
  • Perform aircraft maintenance and repair, including diagnostics, disassembly, repair, reassembly, and adjustments, adhering to policies and standards.
  • Inspect and document aircraft systems, ensuring compliance with FAR 43 and maintaining accurate logs.
  • Manage parts procurement and return cores according to procedures.
  • Ensure safety and quality control in all maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet customer expectations and assist other technicians as needed.
  • Assist in inspecting, maintaining, and servicing the mobile service vehicle to ensure safety and functionality.

Qualifications for success:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • A&P License.
  • Knowledge of FAR Part 145 inspection procedures.
  • At least 3 years of diversified jet, turboprop, piston, modification, and phase inspection experience.
  • Preferred: 1-2 years of experience on Cessna, Hawker, or Beechcraft aircraft.
