Job description

We are hiring immediately for a full-time A&P (Airframe & Powerplant) mechanic or AMT (Aircraft Maintenance Technician). This role is critical to our mission, and we are offering up to a $15,000 Sign-On Bonus.

What you will be doing as an A & P Mobile Service Technician:

You will maintain and repair aircraft, diagnose mechanical issues, and coordinate with crew and customers. You’ll assist the lead mechanic, ensure customer satisfaction, and keep the service vehicle in top condition. Responsibilities include:

  • Aircraft Maintenance and Repair: Perform diagnostics and mechanical duties on various aircraft models, including disassembly, repair, replacement, reassembly, and adjustment of aircraft systems. Ensure timely work completion following policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Inspection and Documentation: Check, correct, or replace complex aircraft assemblies and systems. Ensure compliance with FAR 43 documentation requirements and maintain accurate reports in logs and inspection documents.
  • Parts Management: Order and acquire necessary parts for repairs, ensuring cores are returned per procedures.
  • Safety and Quality Control: Ensure all maintenance and services comply with Quality Control procedures, monitor the work environment, and correct unsafe acts.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with team members to meet customer expectations, assisting mechanics and avionic technicians as needed.
  • Mobile Service Vehicle Maintenance: Assist in inspecting, maintaining, and servicing equipment and tooling in the mobile service vehicle, ensuring it is in safe operating condition.

What you need to be successful:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • A&P License
  • Knowledge of FAR Part 145 inspection procedures
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in diversified aircraft maintenance
  • Preferred: 1 year experience on Cessna, Hawker, or Beechcraft aircraft
