Torch Technologies is seeking an Information Technology Technician to support on-site operations at Eglin AFB, FL. Responsibilities include testing, troubleshooting, and fault isolation using schematics and diagnostic equipment.

Requirements include US citizenship, a BS in an applicable field with varying experience, and a current active Secret DoD security clearance. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8–5; relocation not offered.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing, checkout, and fault isolation.
• Diagnose and isolate malfunctions to component level.

• Work on production, test, system checkouts, or quality control activities.

Information Technology Technician

As an Information Technology Technician, your duties will include, but are not limited to the following: Work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform routine testing, checkout, and trouble-shooting functions of a simple nature. Performs routine operational test and fault isolation on systems and equipment to ensure conformance with final product specifications. Diagnoses and isolates malfunctions down to the component level. Utilizes routine manufacturing test or diagnostic equipment specific to the product. Normally assigned to activities such as production, test, system checkouts, quality control or the like.

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship
• Hiring Multiple Levels: Level 2 - BS in applicable field and up to 3 years of experience
• Hiring Multiple Levels: Level 3 - BS in applicable field and 3-10 years of experience
• Hiring Multiple Levels: Level 4 - BS or MS in applicable field and 10+ years of experience
• Must hold current active Secret DoW security clearance.
