Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $16.00/hr

Position: Equipment Operator I (Waste Management)

SIGNING BONUS FOR CURRENT OKLAHOMA CDL DRIVERS: $1,000 at first pay period and $1,000 after a successful completion of 6-month introductory period!

Responsibilities include collecting and loading garbage and recycling into collection vehicles along designated routes daily. The role also involves operating and maintaining refuse collection vehicles and equipment for both commercial and residential areas.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Class B CDL preferred; must obtain within six months of hire with air brake endorsement.

Starting Rate

$16.00 per hour or $16.95 per hour with Class B CDL air brake endorsement (DOQ), plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, annual leave, sick leave, holidays, and personal days.
