Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited cosmetology program and obtain the required license within 90 days of hire.
• Develop greet-and-service skills to support daily salon operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer the phone.
• Learn the ins and outs of salon operations while assisting stylists and managers.
• Observe other stylists to learn how to grow the business and control expenses.
• Follow safety standards and keep the salon clean.
