We are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in manufacturing. We seek a dynamic Maintenance Supervisor to lead preventive and corrective maintenance initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and oversee the maintenance work schedule, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between production supervision and maintenance teams to facilitate communication and improvements.
  • Coordinate plant maintenance requirements for upgrades, modifications, and repairs with planning and scheduling teams.
  • Use data analytics to assess equipment failure models and MTBF, recommending improvements to reduce failures.
  • Manage maintenance personnel, fostering continuous learning and skill development.
  • Implement systems to capture maintenance work order data systematically.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or technical/trade school background preferred.
  • CMRP certification or equivalent preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in a production plant with strong mechanical/electrical skills.
  • Ability to estimate labor hours, visualize jobs, and manage materials.
  • Excellent communication skills and tactful navigation of complex situations.
  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in calculations and paperwork.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and drive them to completion.
  • Customer service orientation, aiming to meet and exceed internal expectations.
