Our client, a growing life sciences investment firm located in Stamford, CT, is seeking a proactive and solution-oriented Executive Assistant to support their Co-Founder. The ideal candidate will bring 2-3 years of proven corporate experience in administration, project management and/or operations and should be an expert in managing competing priorities and ensuring seamless daily operations. This individual must exercise the highest level of discretion and demonstrate impeccable communication skills. This person should thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy anticipating needs before they arise. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage an extremely busy business calendar, and ability to shift around conflicting appointments
  • Arrange domestic and international travel with itineraries
  • Prepare any visas or passport renewals needed for international travel
  • Organize dinners and car services
  • Schedule internal and external meetings and conference calls
  • Ensure Executive is always on schedule
  • Process expense reports
  • Help with office organization and maintenance
  • Research and help plan company events including budgets, guest lists, venues, entertainment, food and more
  • Provide other assistance as needed, including personal work, research and presentation preparation
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • 2-3 years of corporate experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly flexible in nature
  • Very people-oriented

SALARY

$90-120K base + Bonus + 100% paid benefits

HOURS

8:30am-5:30pm + iPhone availability after hours as needed
