Qualifications

• Successfully pass entrance examination and keyboarding proficiency test.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls via 9-1-1 or non-emergency lines and enter data into CAD.
• Provide pre-arrival and post-dispatch instructions to callers.
• Operate 9-1-1 and related systems, including language line and mapping tools.
• Identify appropriate agencies and coordinate dispatch per protocols.
• Maintain logs and records and ensure accurate data entry.
• Work on site in a secured, controlled environment as required.
