Job summary

Fall Creek Junior High School in Indiana is seeking an Athletic Coach to organize practices, supervise student-athletes, and teach sport-specific skills while promoting sportsmanship and teamwork.

The role reports to the Athletic Director and works with school staff to ensure a safe, positive athletic experience. You will monitor eligibility and uphold district policies, modeling professionalism at all times.

JOB GOAL: The Athletic Coach is responsible for organizing, supervising, and instructing student-athletes in the assigned sport while promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, skill development, and character. The coach supports the district’s educational mission by providing a safe and positive athletic experience for all participants.

Reports to:Athletic Director, Principal or Assistant Principal

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and conduct practices, training sessions, and competitions.
