Responsibilities

• Implement curriculum and instructional strategies with consistency.
• Develop rigorous lesson plans, homework, and assessments.
• Instruct and monitor students using learning materials and equipment.
• Use technology to differentiate instruction.
• Maintain discipline per Student Code of Conduct.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and development.
• Update records as required by laws and policies.
• Participate in Professional Learning Communities (PLC).
• Work with school leaders to analyze assessment data and inform instruction.
• Collaborate in grade-level teams to discuss student work and mastery of standards.
• Form and maintain relationships with families through calls and conferences.
• Engage in ongoing professional development for continuous improvement.
• Perform related work as required.
