Store - BALT-ANNAPOLIS, MD

Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations, leading omnichannel processes, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold our Brand Promises. Provide friendly customer service.

  1. Assist Store Manager in ensuring compliance with SOPs, company policies, and legal requirements; monitor store conditions and results.
  2. Follow front-end policies and procedures; meet KPIs and manage team performance.
  3. Plan and execute in-store events and classes.
  4. Lead omnichannel initiatives.
  5. Manage shrink, safety, and inventory processes including RTV and ASN activities.
  6. Assist in onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management of team members.
  7. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
  8. Promote a positive, respectful environment and serve as a role model.
  9. Help customers locate products and resolve issues.
  10. Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and cross-training in custom framing.
  11. Lead delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions where applicable.
Preferred Skills & Experience

Retail management experience preferred.

Physical & Work Environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, lift heavy items, and work nights, weekends, and early mornings.
  • Work in climate-controlled indoor environments, with some outdoor and stockroom work.
