Your Role As a Store Manager

  • Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience, providing a memorable and personalized hair and beauty solution.
  • Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing operations, managing budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and handling inventory.
  • Protect customers, staff, and store assets by enforcing safety, security, and company policies.
  • Maintain the store's appearance and cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment.

Qualifications To Be a Store Manager

  • At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
  • Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
  • Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn, develop, and educate staff and customers.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Passion for hair and beauty products and trends.

Legal and Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder.
  • May be exposed to fumes and odors.
