Job summary

Right at Home Marble Falls is seeking compassionate Caregivers to support clients in Lampasas, Marble Falls and surrounding areas.

Positions available as part-time or full-time with opportunities for live-in arrangements. Base pay ranges from $14 to $18 per hour, with driving required to reach client locations.

Qualifications

• Requires reliable transportation and willingness to drive to client locations.
• Demonstrates compassion, reliability and professionalism.
• Ability to follow care plans and report changes promptly.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients.
• Prepare meals and assist with basic grooming.
• Light housekeeping and meal cleanup.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide safe transportation to appointments and activities.
• Maintain respectful communication with clients and families.
• Follow care plans and document observations for supervisors.

Job description

We are looking for the best Caregivers in Lampasas, TX, and surrounding areas, to work at Llano, Marble Falls, Dripping Springs, Blanco, Burnet, Kingsland, Lampasas, Lakeway, Spicewood, Horseshoe Bay and surrounding areas, at a healthy and happy environment, with a competitive pay and looking to start as soon as possible!

Schedule: Part time or Full time! (Short term Live-ins available too!! Ask for info!!)

Base pay: Between $14 - $18 an hour

Special requirements: Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to arrive client’s location!

CAREGIVER MUST HAVE A STRONG WORK ETHICS, AND A CAN-DO ATTITUDE!

A Caregiver duties:

• Provide companionship to client.
• Provide preparation of meals.
• Light housekeeping.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Provide transportation. (Valid DL required)
• Promote positive, supportive, respectful communication to patient/family and other employees.
• Provide an environment which promotes respect for patient, privacy and property.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills.
• Report unsafe conditions, problems and observations supervisor.
• Demonstrate commitment, professional growth and competency through attending required in-services.
• Promote the Right at Home philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
