Job summary

Right at Home Austin West is looking for compassionate Caregivers to support clients in Lampasas, TX and surrounding areas. Roles include part-time or full-time positions with short-term live-ins available.

Base pay ranges from $14 to $18 per hour, with driving required to reach client locations. The team emphasizes a strong work ethic, reliability, and a can-do attitude, with opportunities for growth and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethics and a can-do attitude are essential.
• Willingness to drive at least 30 minutes to arrive at the client’s location.
• Reliable and respectful communication with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to client.
• Prepare meals.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide transportation to appointments (valid driver’s license required).
• Promote positive, respectful communication with patients, families, and staff.
• Foster an environment of patient privacy and dignity.
• Demonstrate time management and reliability in daily tasks.
• Report unsafe conditions or issues to supervisor.
• Show commitment and participate in required trainings and company policies.

We are looking for the best Caregivers in Lampasas, TX, and surrounding areas, to work at Llano, Marble Falls, Dripping Springs, Blanco, Burnet, Kingsland, Lampasas, Lakeway, Spicewood, Horseshoe Bay and surrounding areas, at a healthy and happy environment, with a competitive pay and looking to start as soon as possible!
Schedule: Part time or Full time! (Short term Live-ins available too!! Ask for info!!)
Base pay: Between $14 - $18 an hour
Special requirements: Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to arrive client’s location!

A Caregiver duties:
