Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking motivated individuals for the Leadership Development Program (LDP). The eight-week program provides hands-on experience in an Automotive Branch with a clear path to an Assistant Branch Manager role after completion.

Participants will gain exposure to sales, customer service, finance, and strategic business planning while building cross-functional partnerships. Relocation may be required during training, with potential placement in various regional branches upon

Qualifications

Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
Bachelor’s degree required by start of program.
Must be willing to relocate for the program.

Responsibilities

Develop branch market plans based on market conditions and financial objectives.
Implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Build knowledge of products to provide effective customer recommendations.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
Verify customer orders and transactions are documented accurately.
Maintain branch inventory levels and ensure safety compliance.
Support training and performance management for staff.
Assist in staffing decisions and scheduling.
Analyze management and financial reports and assist with deliveries as needed.
