Overview

I Need An Angel Award‑Winning Home Care Services is looking to work with like‑minded, loving caregivers.

Many flexible schedules are available: 1, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, and 14 hour shifts, live‑in positions, and immediate openings in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley.

Schedule Examples

• 1–15 hour shifts
• Days, nights, and weekends
• 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. any day
• Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday (8 a.m. – 8 p.m.)
• Morning shifts
• Night shifts (8 p.m. – 8 a.m., 5 p.m. – 8 a.m.)

Responsibilities

• Companion / professional friend
• Assist with personal care and hygiene specific to the client
• Remind clients to take prescribed medication
• Help with mobility around the house or outside, including doctor appointments, walks, etc.
• Plan and prepare meals
• Complete client shopping or accompany them
• Perform housekeeping duties
• Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
• Provide transportation for shopping, doctor appointments, beauty salon, and events
• Support families with companionship, cooking, cleaning, hygiene, transfer assistance, driving, and backup plans

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, detail‑oriented, friendly, dependable, optimistic, kind, and a team player
• Enjoy working in a one‑on‑one setting and eager to continuously learn new skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation each day
• Ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
• Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in‑home care environment
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
• Experience as a caregiver preferred; training available
• Take pride in providing high‑quality care
