Qualifications

• Commitment to Catholic education and Church teachings
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Valid teaching certification (or enrolled in a certification program)
• Strong knowledge of elementary mathematics content
• Experience using data to inform instruction and provide intervention; effective classroom management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, standards-based math instruction
• Develop computational fluency and conceptual understanding (including multiplication, division, fractions, and multi-step problem solving)
• Differentiate instruction through small-group intervention and enrichment
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate academic records
• Foster a structured, Christ-centered classroom environment
• Communicate regularly with parents and collaborate with colleagues
• Participate in professional development and school activities
• Support school activities and additional duties as assigned
