Job summary

Baptist Health Resource Center is seeking an RN to supervise and coordinate nursing staff on shift, ensuring quality patient care. You will use the nursing process for assessments, planning, and interventions, and collaborate with physicians and clinicians.

The role requires Nursing degree and active RN licensure with BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on area. Weekend third shift, internal fixed-term full-time contract.

Qualifications

Highlights:

Summary : The RN - Registered Nurse shall be responsible to supervise and coordinate activities of nursing personnel on shift, and during weekends and holidays, to ensure quality and continuity of patient care. This individual will utilize the nursing process in patient assessments, planning of care, and performance of care interventions. The RN will collaborate with Physicians and other healthcare clinicians in the planning and implementation of patient care. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.

Education/Experience:

Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

License/Certification:

Active RN licensure required, BLS required, Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, etc.) may be required depending upon area assigned.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software.
• Strong team leadership skills, strong organization, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
