SpecialtyRx, Inc. in Orlando, FL seeks a licensed pharmacist to join our LTC-focused team. You will evaluate orders for accuracy, ensure correct dispensing and labeling, review medications and narcotics for automated systems, and perform on-call duties as needed. The role emphasizes CARE culture and exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.

Overnight 7 on/7 off shift with full benefits including health, dental, vision, 401K, PTO and EAP. Florida license and LTC experience preferred.

Competenze

• Licensed pharmacist in the State of Florida.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness of drug, dosage, potential interactions, and proper administration.
• Ensure that dispense medicines are correctly supplied and labeled.
• Miscellaneous tasks, checks prepacks.
• Review medications & narcotics for automated dispensing machine.
• Works clarifications on orders and follow-ups.
• Obtain emergency CII verbals from physicians.
• Coordinates emergency kits and checks cassettes for the Omnicell machine.
• Perform "on-call" duties when required.
• Complete any other task assigned by the Pharmacist in Charge.

Formazione

Licensed pharmacist in Florida

Long Term Care experience preferred
