Job summary

GetHired, Inc. is seeking reliable drivers to transport school-aged children in Massachusetts, operating vans and sedans on regular routes on the road. You will ensure safe loading, securement, and timely pickup/drop-off.

The role requires a 21+ driver with at least 3 years of licensed driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass CORI and SORI background checks. Positions available as full-time or part-time with hourly pay of $20.00–$21.00.

Qualifications

• A School pupil transport license (7D Certificate) preferred; Easy to get and we will help you get it.
• Age 21+ and have had a driver's license for 3+ consecutive years.
• Satisfactory Driving Record (no suspension).
• Ability to pass a background check, CORI & SORI.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a motor vehicle, in accordance with all state and federal traffic laws, while driving school-aged children.
• Safely operate a variety of vehicles, including sedans, mini-vans and wheelchair vans.
• Safely assist students as needed, including entering/exiting the vehicle and using the vehicle's lap and shoulder belts.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, school and company staffs.
