Monroe County School District is hiring a Human Resources Specialist at our Upper Keys HR Office located at Coral Shores High School, 89901 Overseas Hwy, Tavernier, FL 33070. Here's your opportunity to work in the exciting world of Human Resources in the beautiful Florida Keys.
An HR Specialist plays a significant role in creating a welcoming and supportive onboarding experience for our new employees and is responsible for advertising vacant positions, approving/tracking FMLA, fingerprinting, creating ID Badges,and processingemployees, contractors, volunteers, and more.
Associate degree or higher preferred. High school diploma or equivalent with some college or technical school course work or a minimum of three years of job-related experience, preferably in a human resource department; or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Position is available on or after Se ptember 14, 2026

Work Months per year: 12
Hours per day: 8
Full Time 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with an hour lunch break
