Job summary

Domino's Mesa is seeking an Assistant Manager/Shift Runner to lead the team during busy hours. You will oversee shift operations, maintain quality, handle cash and inventory, and ensure excellent customer relations. This role offers hands-on leadership and a path toward greater responsibility.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• As a member of the management team, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations.
• Set the example and follow all policies 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
