Domino's Tucson is hiring for an Assistant Manager and Shift Runners on a full-time basis. You will join store management and oversee shift performance, cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations to deliver top-notch pizza service.

As a leader, you set the example, enforce policy, and mentor crew members. Advancement paths exist with performance bonuses and internal promotion opportunities within Domino's.

Formación

• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and follow proven systems.
• Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of the shift, including cost, inventory, cash, and customer relations.
• Set a positive example and ensure policy adherence by the crew.
• Assist in training and supervising staff to deliver Domino's standards.
