Job summary

Spectra Gutter Systems is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 4pm–2:30am) to support daily manufacturing operations. You will safely operate production equipment, monitor output, and ensure product quality while adhering to safety standards.

You will load materials, perform basic adjustments, and assist with setups under supervision. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and consistent production

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or machine operation is preferred but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Basic math and measurement skills are necessary for quality checks.
