Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Chinese preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Able to carry objects over 25 lbs.
• Available to work flexible schedules (afternoon shifts, weekends & holidays).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer their questions in a professional manner.
• Identify product items properly.
• Scan customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Follow all cash handling procedures and complete the process accurately and efficiently.
• Bag items properly.
• Answer customer inquiries by phone or in person with appropriate etiquette.
• Conduct customer returns and exchanges in compliance with the company’s policies.
• Properly handle customer suggestions and complaints for customer retention.
• Review, create, and apply new batches; update prices and price tags; ensure labeling is correct.
• Process online orders according to company procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with internal procedures.
• Perform other duties as needed.
