Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain test bench and retrofit vehicle environments to support 24MM evaluation, including functional, combination, high load, and performance testing.
- Where needed, design or obtain parts and conversion equipment needed to evaluate 24MM headunit interactions with other vehicle components and evaluate 24MM functions.
- Support the evaluation team for the entire life cycle of product evaluation (i.e., Planning, Testing, labs and equipment management, and maintenance).
- Support continuous improvement and process standardization during the evaluation phase.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Vehicle Electronics Development.
- Ability to document ES (Engineering Specification), Evaluation Specification.
- Experience with development models (Agile, SDLC, Open source, others).
- Knowledge of the following in-vehicle technology platform (Bluetooth, BLE, Wifi, CAN, or Most).
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis, triage, and document.
- MS office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio).
- Strong communication skills.

Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
