Job Description

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care. Responsibilities include the operation of the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.

• Maintain all floor care cleanliness standards including operation of scrubber and buffer
• Support store organization and cleanliness, including sales floor, backroom, restrooms, and associate lounge
• Follow health and safety policies, including refilling essential items
• Cross-train in other store areas (Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor)
• Support Front End coverage when needed
• Uphold merchandising and signage standards
• Participate in store recovery and safety initiatives
• Follow operational and loss prevention policies
• Communicate effectively with management and associates
• Adhere to labor laws and break policies
• Other duties as assigned
