Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will support operational standards, merchandise presentation, and loss prevention efforts. The role may require cross-training in multiple store areas to support business needs.

1. Model excellent customer service practices with both internal and external customers.
2. Support and promote a positive store culture based on honesty, integrity, and respect.
3. Accurately process customer transactions, including purchases and returns, and handle cash responsibly.
4. Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
5. Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale according to company procedures.
6. Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store at large.
7. Provide and receive feedback constructively.
8. Adhere to labor laws, policies, and safety standards.
9. Support efforts to reduce store shrinkage and maintain a safe environment.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile:

• Possesses excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule to support store hours.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Capable of multitasking and responding to changing situations.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Works well with peers and supervisors.
• Retail experience is preferred.
