Job Description

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

• Deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Support multiple store areas as needed to support business needs.
• Model established customer experience practices.
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns, and handle cash transactions.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Follow merchandising procedures and standards for merchandise processing and presentation.
• Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety initiatives.
• Support store shrink reduction and safety programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Who We’re Looking For: You

• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Have a flexible schedule to support store needs.
• Demonstrate strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Capable of multitasking and adapting to changes.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Work well with peers and supervisors.
• Retail customer experience is preferred.
