Job summary

American Academy of Family Physicians, a well-established nonprofit health system, is seeking physicians for an outpatient Family Medicine focus in Kentucky. The position offers a guaranteed 260K annual salary with incentives to earn 300K+ and a 4.5-day work week, Epic EMR, and a collegial team of physicians and APPs.

Employed, PSFL-eligible site with full HR benefits, tail malpractice coverage, 7 weeks PTO, CME allowance, and a strong recruitment package.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds.
• Experience in outpatient primary care with team-based care.
• Eligibility for employment in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality outpatient care in a newly renovated clinic.
• Collaborate with APPs and specialists for care coordination.
• Participate in a 4.5-day work week and Epic EMR workflows.
