7 Leaves Cafe in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Team Member to enhance the customer experience by delivering friendly service, crafting beverages, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store. The role focuses on accurate cash handling and consistent product quality.

This position starts with 10-15 hours per week with potential for more based on performance. Onsite location, flexible schedule, and opportunities to grow with a fun, collaborative team at a growing cafe.

• Regularly lift at least 45 lbs.
• Availability on one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required.
• Capability of working collaboratively to meet store needs.

About the Role:

In this role, the Team Member will focus on the overall customer experience by providing extraordinary customer service, preparing efficient, consistent, and quality beverages, and providing a clean and well-maintained store environment.

This position starts with 10-15 hours/week. Additional hours may be earned based on performance.

Salary Range: $13.00 per hour (Non-Exempt)

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada(Onsite)

Job Responsibilities:

In the Team Member role, you will have an opportunity to serve our team by:

• Ability to interact productively with coworkers to meet store goals
