7 Leaves Cafe in Anaheim, CA is hiring a Team Member to deliver outstanding customer experiences, process transactions accurately, and craft beverages to company recipes. The role starts with 10-15 hours per week, with additional hours possible based on performance.

You'll work on a on-site shift, join a friendly team, and contribute to a clean, welcoming store environment while developing skills in beverage preparation and customer service. Flexible scheduling is available.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver friendly, attentive service.
• Accurate cash/card transaction processing.
• Ability to learn recipes and beverage preparation.
• Strong Math skills for handling orders and totals.
• Regularly lift up to 45 lbs and stand for shifts.

Responsabilités

• Serve customers with empathy and clear communication.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately.
• Prepare beverages to company recipes and standards.
• Follow safety policies and store procedures (FIFO, etc).
• Report to scheduled shifts on time and maintain attendance.
• Communicate proactively with management and team members.
• Carry out tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Develop familiarity with all drink recipes and ratios.

About the Role:

As a Team Member, you will represent 7 Leaves in cultivating an incredible customer experience. We pride ourselves in creating consistent and high quality products and a warm and inviting ambiance. Team Members always strive to provide extraordinary service to all customers, prepare consistent, quality beverages, and foster a clean and welcoming store environment. This position starts with 10-15 hours/week. Additional hours may be earned based on performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serving our customers and community empathetically to understand their needs through clear communication
• Ensuring accurate processing of cash and card transactions
• Consistently prepare high-quality products precisely to company's recipes and each customer's needs
• Adapting and following instructions using adequate comprehension skills
• Adhering to safety policies and procedures, including security, handling equipment, etc. (first in, first out)
• Reporting to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and to fulfill the job requirements for the duration of the shift
• Communicating effectively and proactively with management and team members
• Performing all work-related tasks as assigned by your supervisor
• Developing a familiarity with all drink recipes and ratios, including the measurements utilized in the design of our cups

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs.
• Availability on one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required
• Capability of working collaboratively to meet store needs
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and positive team attitude
• Proficiency in basic math skills
• Flexibility to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
• Capacity to learn quickly, carry out oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed
• Must be able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Capability to adhere to instructions provided by supervisor and management
• Ability to interact productively with coworkers to meet store goals
