Job summary

7 Leaves Café is seeking a Team Member in Fullerton, CA to deliver an outstanding customer experience, prepare beverages to company recipes, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

The role starts with 10-15 hours per week, with potential to earn more based on performance. We offer flexible scheduling, free drinks on shift, and employee discounts in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs.
• Availability on one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required.
• Capability of working collaboratively to meet store needs.
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and positive team attitude.
• Proficiency in basic math skills.
• Flexibility to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
• Capacity to learn quickly, carry out oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed.
• Must be able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Capability to adhere to instructions provided by supervisor and management.
• Ability to interact productively with coworkers to meet store goals.

Responsibilities

• Serving our customers and community empathetically to understand their needs through clear communication
• Ensuring accurate processing of cash and card transactions
• Consistently prepare high-quality products precisely to company's recipes and each customer's needs
• Adapting and following instructions using adequate comprehension skills
• Adhering to safety policies and procedures, including security, handling equipment, etc. (first in, first out)
• Reporting to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and to fulfill the job requirements for the duration of the shift
• Communicating effectively and proactively with management and team members
• Performing all work-related tasks as assigned by your supervisor
• Developing a familiarity with all drink recipes and ratios, including the measurements utilized in the design of our cups

Pay Range:

$18.00 - $19.50 per hour (Non-exempt)
