Job summary

7 Leaves Cafe is seeking a Team Member for on-site work in Alhambra, CA. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, preparing beverages to spec, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. The position starts part-time with 10-15 hours per week and may grow with performance.

Flexible schedules include weekend shifts and opportunities for growth. Responsibilities include handling cash, processing transactions accurately, and collaborating with the team to meet store

Qualifications

• Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs.
• Availability on one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required
• Capable of working collaboratively to meet store needs
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and positive team attitude
• Proficiency in basic math skills
• Flexibility to perform many tasks within the store during each shift
• Capable to learn quickly and follow instructions

Responsibilities

• Serving our customers and community empathetically to understand their needs through clear communication
• Ensuring accurate processing of cash and card transactions
• Consistently prepare high-quality products precisely to company's recipes and each customer's needs
• Adapting and following instructions using adequate comprehension skills
• Adhering to safety policies and procedures, including security, handling equipment, etc. (first in, first out)
• Reporting to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and to fulfill the job requirements for the duration of the shift
• Communicating effectively and proactively with management and team members
• Performing all work-related tasks as assigned by your supervisor
• Developing a familiarity with all drink recipes and ratios, including the measurements utilized in the design of our cups

Pay Range: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour (Non-exempt)
