What you will do as a Service Bartender:

• Make cocktails according to specifications.
• Service Bartender ensures beer, soda and paper products are appropriately stocked. Ensures that bar area is supplied with menu items.
• Properly washes all bar dishes used during assigned shift.
• Consistently keeps bar area clean. Cleans top of bar and polishes stainless steel on a regular basis. Always maintains department’s safety/sanitation standards.
• Always enters drink orders into the P.O.S. system in an organized and accurate method.

To be successful as a Service Bartender, you'll need:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• The ability to ring in orders and settle checks on Point of Sale system.
• Previous Food & Beverage bartender experience; alcohol beverage service required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 100 lbs.
