Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Senior Machine Operator in Vancouver, WA to operate paper packaging and food service production machines safely and efficiently. You will follow job safety analyses, production schedules, setup instructions and quality specs to produce high-quality products.

The position requires a minimum of one year in manufacturing, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment; high-speed process preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Job Description

Senior Machine Operator

Vancouver, WA

Compensation Includes

• Starting Pay Rate of $24.90 - 25.90/hour - depending on experience
  • A $1.00 per hour shift differential is applied to all hours worked between 3:00pm and 6:59am the following day

Available Shifts

• A: Sunday through Tuesday & every other Wednesday, 7:00am to 7:00pm
• B: Thursday through Saturday & every other Wednesday, 7:00am to 7:00pm
• C: Sunday through Tuesday & every other Wednesday, 7:00pm to 7:00am
• D: Thursday through Saturday & every other Wednesday, 7:00pm to 7:00am

Overview

This position is responsible for operating paper packaging/food service product manufacturing machines in order to safely produce high quality paper packaging/food service products in accordance with the job safety analyses, production schedule, set up instructions, operating procedures and quality specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment; preferably with a high-speed process
• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen
• Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
