Responsibilities
- Assumes authority, responsibility, and accountability for the delivery of nursing services in the facility.
- Allocates department resources efficiently to promote guest well-being.
- Collaborates with other departments, medical professionals, and organizations to develop, support, and coordinate guest care and administrative functions.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current, valid RN license or temporary RN license in the state, or a compact RN license.
- Must maintain valid licensure to practice as an RN; CPR required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of verifiable experience as a supervisor in a healthcare setting.
- Experience working with adult vulnerable populations is preferred.
- Six (6) months of experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing is preferred.

- Salary: $125,000-$135,000 annually, with pay range up to $145,000.
